Jo Chapman has been a Non-Exec Director of Goldteam since February 2013. Jo initially worked with Goldteam in developing their Sales and Marketing Strategy and then supported the company in the delivery of the plan; Developing sales tools and processes and training the sales team on a tailored structured selling approach.

The design has been extrapolated across the new website, advertisements, email campaigns and newsletters and point of sales materials, creating a strong brand identity. Jo also developed 7 premium product and testimonial videos that showcase Goldteam’s offering to both clients and candidates.
