As a customer and industry award winning shopper marketeer, Cara is a passionate and results driven individual with extensive experience in the FMCG sales arena. Cara has a breadth of experience throughout sales & marketing and supply chain, and a wealth of expertise in delivering market leading projects in shopper, trade marketing and the merchandising arena.

Cara has proven success of delivering innovative projects through her strength in creative thinking, strong stakeholder collaboration and a constant ‘can-do’ positive attitude. By matching what customers need, paired with key insights on the shopper pathway to purchase, Cara ensures that she lands the right solutions. A sound commercial understanding and ability to negotiate, results in projects being managed and delivered cost effectively and to time, whilst driving productivity.

To continue her passions for continuous learning and people, Cara recently completed a refresh on Project Management as a virtual course, and is already a trained Mental Health First Aider.
