Bean Solutions have worked on behalf of Indeed for numerous projects including reviewing the mobile phone market in the UK for a provider who was looking to expand outside the southern hemisphere. The market review included mystery shopping in key retailers including network providers, supermarkets, mobile phone retailers and independents. The report provided insight into the range of price points and promotions, staffing, point of sale and location on the high street.

Bean Solutions have also supported Indeed in developing a best practice ‘Route to Market Toolbox’ for a global food manufacturer. The toolbox was developed to  accelerate growth in markets by providing all information the markets needed to get their products to market quickly and effectively.

The scope of the project included direct sales and wholesale distribution and provided solutions for differing levels of market maturity. The application of the toolkit provided complete end to end RTM process and “plug& play” modular solutions 0f best practice, all delivered in a user-friendly, easy to find, update & use format.
