Bean Solutions has worked with Mattel on various projects including reviewing their internal Sales structure in order to improve customer alignment and team effectiveness; and developing a digital strategy and framework for brands, channel, retailer and the company.

The digital marketing report shared the findings of an internal and external review and proposed a strategy for digital marketing activity. The strategy  included  proposed activity in the key areas of digital marketing, such as Social Media (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Linked In), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Mobile Advertising. The report also provided guidance in evaluating the performance of the activities.
